We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY MOVARAX currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom. Most UK orders are estimated to arrive within 7–12 business days from the date the order is placed. This period includes order processing and shipping time. Delivery periods are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier disruption, adverse weather, public holidays, high order volumes or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Unless a different delivery period has been clearly agreed, we aim to deliver all orders within 30 days. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS UK customers may normally cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions. MOVARAX also offers a voluntary 30-day return period under the conditions described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Customers must contact us before returning a product so that we can provide the correct instructions and return address. Certain sealed products may not be returnable after opening where they are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty. Faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or incorrect products remain covered by applicable statutory consumer rights. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS Discount codes and promotional offers may be subject to separate conditions, expiry dates and product restrictions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be combined. We may withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary. This will not affect orders already accepted. Products purchased during a sale remain covered by applicable statutory consumer rights. 9.
