MOVARAX RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to feel confident shopping with MOVARAX. We offer a 30-day voluntary return period, starting from the date your order is delivered. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To request a voluntary return, the item should be unused, unworn and in its original condition, with any tags and original packaging included. Proof of purchase may be required.

To begin a return, contact us at akcanltd80@gmail.com. We will provide the correct return address and return instructions. Please contact us before sending your item so that your return can be processed correctly.

UNITED KINGDOM 14-DAY CANCELLATION RIGHT

UK customers may cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. After notifying us, the customer has a further 14 days to return the goods.

Customers may inspect and handle the product as they reasonably would in a physical shop. A refund may be reduced if the product’s value has been diminished through handling beyond what was reasonably necessary to inspect it.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is normally responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or the wrong item was supplied, MOVARAX will cover reasonable return shipping costs where required.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us as soon as possible if your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect. Where possible, include your order number and clear photographs or video showing the issue.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned unless faulty, including:

• Personalised or custom-made products
• Perishable products
• Gift cards
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after the seal has been broken

Please contact us before purchasing if you are unsure whether an item can be returned.

SALE ITEMS

Items purchased during a sale remain covered by the same statutory consumer rights as full-price products.

EXCHANGES

The quickest way to exchange an item is to request a return and place a new order after the return has been accepted.

REFUNDS

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or receiving evidence that the goods have been sent back, where applicable.

For valid UK cancellation requests, we will also refund the cost of standard delivery. If a more expensive delivery option was selected, only the standard delivery amount will be refunded.

Banks and card providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
