MOVARAX SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order has been dispatched.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

MOVARAX currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Most UK orders are estimated to arrive within 7–12 business days from the date the order is placed.

This estimated delivery period includes order processing and shipping time.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur because of carrier disruption, adverse weather, public holidays, high order volumes or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Unless a different delivery period has been clearly agreed with you, we aim to deliver all orders within 30 days.

SHIPPING COSTS

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees unless these charges were clearly shown and accepted during checkout.

ORDER TRACKING

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Tracking information may take several business days to update after an order has been dispatched.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Orders containing more than one item may occasionally be shipped in separate packages and arrive on different dates.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees for separate packages unless this was clearly stated during checkout.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE DELIVERY ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you notice an error in your delivery details, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

If an order is returned because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, additional delivery charges may apply before the order is sent again.

DELAYED OR MISSING ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please check the tracking information provided and contact us.

We will investigate the shipment with the relevant carrier or fulfilment provider.

Please note that temporary tracking delays do not necessarily mean that the parcel has stopped moving.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, faulty or different from the item ordered, contact us as soon as possible with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs or video showing the problem

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

We may be able to cancel an order before it enters processing or is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled during transit.

After delivery, you may follow the cancellation and return instructions in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
